Todd is a special education advocate in private practice.   Todd offers a range of services, including effectiveness coaching, special education advocacy for gifted and twice-exceptional (2E) services.  Todd conducts in-services for districts and intermediate units on a variety of topics, including Present Levels, Individualization, and "Practical Gifted."
