Thoughts for Parents

Minimize
If you have a gifted child, you have a hobby.

Parents have a critical role in their gifted child's development as a student and as a person.  To fulfill that role effectively, a parent of a gifted child often must spend more time learning about the child's needs, how the child approaches the world, and how to help the child enter adulthood having achieved to their ability with a fully developed set of skills.

Gifted Children are exceptional for an exceedingly mundane reason. They are the exception, not the rule. Helping them effectively takes time, effort, and empathy.

This site is designed to provide useful, practical information on how to use what you learn more effectively.  The site redesign was launched on November 30th.  The content will be updated over the next week.

Support Advocacy

Minimize
If you support the work, support the worker.   The best way to support effective gifted advocacy is by retaining Todd as an advocate or as a coach to help with your specific situation.  If you've found Todd's work useful, please consider making a small donation to support his ongoing work.

Thank you.
